DMCA / Copyright Policy

Last updated: September 10, 2026

TechVilla respects intellectual property rights and expects users, contributors, and service providers to do the same. This policy explains how to submit a copyright complaint concerning material available through TechVilla and how TechVilla may handle valid notices and counter-notifications.

This page uses editable contact placeholders because TechVilla’s designated legal contact information has not been confirmed. TechVilla has not identified a legal agent or registration number here.

Copyright Ownership

TechVilla’s original articles, text, graphics, design elements, and other materials may be protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Copyright in third-party material remains with its respective owner. Nothing on this website transfers ownership or grants permission beyond what is allowed by law or expressly stated.

Submitting a Copyright Complaint

If you believe material available through TechVilla infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to copyright@techvilla.space. This is an editable placeholder until TechVilla confirms its designated copyright contact information.

A complaint should contain enough detail for TechVilla to understand and evaluate the allegation. A notice that does not include the information reasonably needed to identify the work or material may delay review.

Required Information

Identification of the Copyrighted Work

Identify the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, provide a representative list. Include relevant ownership information or explain your authority to act for the copyright owner.

Identification of the Allegedly Infringing Material

Identify the material you believe is infringing and provide the specific page address or other precise location where it appears. Describe the material clearly enough for TechVilla to locate it.

Contact Information

Provide your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address, or the contact information required to communicate about the notice. You may also provide the name and contact details of the copyright owner if you are acting on that owner’s behalf.

Statements and Signature

A complaint should include a good-faith statement that you believe the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, the owner’s agent, or the law. It should also include an accuracy statement confirming, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

The notice should include a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Review and Removal Process

TechVilla may review a properly supported notice, request additional information, contact relevant parties, restrict access to material, remove material, or take other action it considers appropriate under applicable law. Submitting a notice does not guarantee removal, and TechVilla may decline to act on incomplete, abusive, fraudulent, or legally insufficient complaints.

TechVilla may preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to investigate a claim, comply with law, protect rights, or address security and abuse concerns.

Counter-Notification

If material was removed or access was restricted because of a copyright complaint and you believe the action resulted from a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to the same editable copyright contact address, where appropriate under applicable law.

A counter-notification should identify the material that was removed and its former location, state that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification, provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address, include any required consent to applicable jurisdiction or service of process, and include your physical or electronic signature.

TechVilla may forward a valid counter-notification to the complaining party and may restore access where legally required or appropriate if no qualifying legal action is reported within the applicable period.

Repeat Infringement and Abuse

TechVilla may restrict or terminate access for users or contributors who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or misuse the complaint process. We may also decline to process notices that appear knowingly false, materially misleading, harassing, or abusive.

Contact Information

Copyright complaints and counter-notifications may be sent to copyright@techvilla.space. This email address is an editable placeholder. Replace it with TechVilla’s confirmed copyright or legal contact before relying on this policy for formal notices.
